I’ve been a Realtor since 2003 and I love what I do. I pride myself on guiding first time buyers through the process, and I quickly understand the priorities, price constraints and “must haves” of all Buyers.
My experience as a general contractor and decorator, and my understanding of zoning issues and municipal codes give me a unique skillset to assist my clients. I can visualize possibilities when there are seemingly none. If something can be done, I will work to get it done.
On the residential selling side I bring many years of expertise in marketing and writing in business, real estate and as a consultant. My experience noted above enables me to also assess what changes - even minor ones - can enhance the sale ability and profitability of a home.
I am also a house stager. I provide suggestions to Sellers to maximize the visual impact of their house and help to make it become a neutral and spacious stage so Buyers can visualize it being their home with their belongings.
I believe that pricing correctly is the key to selling quickly and getting maximum profitability. Often,the market dictates the price.
