🛠️ Handyman / Maintenance Technician Needed – Mobile Home Park (Eunice & New Iberia, LA) 🏡
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep of small mobile home parks in Eunice and New Iberia, Louisiana. This position offers flexible scheduling, and on-site housing is available.
🔧 Responsibilities May Include:
• General maintenance and handyman work (light plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry)
• Trash removal and common area cleanup 🗑️
• Lawn care and landscaping 🌿
• Repairing skirting, steps, and fencing 🔨
• Painting and touch-ups 🎨
• Assisting with home moves, setup, or removals 🚛
• Winterizing water lines and checking heat tape ❄️
• Identifying and reporting maintenance issues before they escalate 👀
👷♂️ Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in general maintenance, handyman services, or construction
• Owns basic tools and has reliable transportation 🚗
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Communicates effectively with management and residents 🗣️
• Able to pass a background check ✅
