Nexus Wealth Management moved into a much larger suite on Friday at . This is the third Bravitas suite Jill Jill Williams and John John Kane have moved into. We love growing with our clients and watching their success. In the middle of a hectic move, John took the time to share the story of this vintage surveyor’s transit. It had been used by John’s grandfather and father in their Ohio timber business. A vintage repurposed bank is the perfect home for John and Jill who appreciate history, preservation and art. The Friends of Anderson Park Olmsted Oak continues to live on in Montclair. The majestic oak came down in August, 2024 and with the help of Lisanne Grace , Essex County Park System , Brendan Gill and Trees Unlimited , we were able to salvage significant parts of the tree. Pictures of things I've made the prominent Montclair Artist has transformed the oak into some amazing art pieces. Today, Charlie just completed the installation of a conference room table for Bocchi Law at Hillside Square. The splendid top is from the Olmsted Oak and the legs were salvaged from this century old repurposed church. This is the fourth piece of art that Charlie has created from the tree. The Olmsted Oak has been made into a park bench for Anderson Park , a fifth anniversary (wood) gift from Nikki Silver to Brian Silver and a countertop commissioned by Farmhouse Fried Chicken.

You never know how a potential tenant may connect with a Bravitas Property. At Hillside Square, a century old repurposed church, we have a historical religious tome on display. When came to visit the property to look for space for his newly launched Bocchi Law Firm, he was influenced by a passage on page 324: “to leave the old for the new, renders thought receptive of the advanced idea.” The rest is history, Anthony fell in love with the property, moved into a beautiful suite and now is moving to a much larger suite to accommodate his growing law practice. It’s Demolition Day for Bocchi Law’s new suite at . Bocchi Law, currently a tenant at Hillside, is expanding into a much larger space. The suite was formerly the organ loft of this century old repurposed church. Anthony and Jennifer Bocchi are partners in this prestigious litigation firm and wanted a special space to build their brand. We are thrilled when our tenants grow with the Bravitas Family. BTW, we are also clients of Bocchi Law (we love Clients of Clients). In fact, Anthony just successfully won an important matter on our behalf.
