SOLD!! Closing day couldn’t feel better 🙌 This rehab had the most challenges to date. From the contractor returning my material keeping the money and then walking from the job, to the neighbors who stole the shed with the brand new refrigerator in it, and to the development behind the house that tore down the fence and left it all over the yard 😂 My partners were patient throughout the whole process and my parents showed up and made it happen, so for that I’m extremely grateful! 💙
