💡 Our "eureka!! moment" started with lightbulbs. You see my wife Elisa who is a realtor who is certified in home staging knows that lightbulbs that work and match are staging 101 when listing your home. 🛋️ She had a seller with an empty home and a dead light bulb. The problem? The seller had moved to California, 🐻 the home was across the river, the ceilings were 14 feet high. ☝️..
Now she's short but she's as bold as they come. I was not about to watch her throw a 12 foot ladder 🪜 into an 8 foot car 🚘 and cruise across the Crescent City Connection. She agreed and she started making calls. 🌁..

Before and Afters for little changes still feel good in a big way. My client needed a room or two repainted after normal tenant wear and tear. We got all walls fully repainted and got it done well and quickly and in time for the open house. Lease went out to excited new applicants three days later.

That's from key hand off to lease out in under a week with painting and minor repairs done in between.
