I’m excited to announce the project we have been working on for the last couple of years is now complete.
We are proud to present you Café Sie7e de Julio (July 7th Coffee). A special coffee of single origin, cultivated in high altitude, certified and a fair trade.
The coffee beans come from our plantation at the heart of Central America, Santa Rosa de Copán, Honduras where I am proudly originally from. For the last 2 years I have been working with my childhood friends, Hector Arnulfo Sanchez and Evelyn Tabora (Finca Siete de Julio) to bring this special coffee to you and I know you will love it.
Evelyn, as our producer, ensure the best quality of coffee beans for your delight. Our beans are roasted to perfection to get the delicate taste and aromatic hints hiden in every drop of coffee. These flavors and aromas are achieved with the perfect combination of weather, altitude, care, soil and minerals in the mountains of Copan at Finca Siete de Julio. At the same time we bring support to the families in our community of El Rodeo.
Everyone knows how passionate I am for food and coffee and how much I enjoy finding the perfect combination of flavors. Therefore, I can assure that you will love every single drop of Cafe Sie7e de Julio.
Enjoy, and remember, life is always better with a cup of good coffee.
