Eva Ruppenicker Wilmott, Kaiser Sotheby's International Realty I am originally from the suburbs of New Orleans and a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University.

I relocated to Orange Beach in 2014 & now reside in Fairhope, Alabama on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay. I am intrinsically connected in the Baldwin County real estate market and professionally committed to helping my clients find the perfect property for their unique needs. Prior to my career in real estate, I worked with a law firm, and then practiced speech therapy in the home health field and private practice. I credit my experience in those fields for providing me with strong communication skills, ability to negotiate, and problem solve to benefit my clients. As a member of Baldwin Realtors and Baldwin MLS, I continue to develop my skills and professional real estate expertise to be able to assist my clients with every aspect of buying and selling real estate all along the Gulf Coast and worldwide through our Sotheby’s International Realty affiliation. When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy bike riding, cooking, gardening, volunteering in our community, and traveling with my husband, Nick. I love spending quality time with our two children, Hudson and Reece, and our standard poodle, Morgan Freeman. I'm a member of Christ the King Catholic Church, Fairhope Yacht Club, and the Art for Heart Executive Leadership Committee. In 2022, I was chairman for the American Heart Association’s “Art for Heart” Gala, the organizations primary fundraiser for Baldwin County.
