My Path to Becoming an Agent

My path to becoming an agent:

My interest started years ago when an agent suggested that I take advantage of my great credit at the age of 21 and buy real estate. I didn’t listen to her, and I have regretted it ever since. I went on a few years later to work in a real estate office, and gained a lot of experience in the many ways you can make an income from real estate. I learned from agents, experienced investors and new buyers.

I had to do a lot of property research and analyze all the technical aspects of real estate and finally took the advice that the agent gave me when I was 21: I set out on a mission to become a real estate investor.

I did this because I realized that TRUE EMPOWERMENT comes from owning property. There is freedom and growth when you own your own land and space.

But I knew before I could show others how to do this, I had to to go through the process myself. So I did.

I used my experience to get my credit score up to a 700. Shopped for the right property with a great broker. Bought my first property, and now created a home-base for my daughter and I, and arranged the property to provide an income for me and a legacy I can pass on to my daughter.

She watched me grow toward this goal and this was the greatest lesson I could have given to her. Setting a goal and pushing forward until I achieved it.

Next, I got my license to be a real estate agent, so that now I can provide the guidance and support for others who have the same dream of owning property and developing the lifestyle they want.
