I am looking for someone to rent the empty room of the house in Northeast Minneapolis that I am renting. Rent includes garage parking spot, trash, water, in-unit laundry, and lawn care. Tenant pays for electricity, gas, cable, and internet. I will be the only other occupant of the home, so there will be two tenants in total. All the common areas are fully furnished. Kitchen is currently being renovated, it will soon have all new cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Features: updated kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, 2 full bathrooms, storage space in basement and garage, central air conditioning, in-unit laundry, hardwood floors on main level, carpet in fully finished basement, garage parking. Located in Audubon Park neighborhood of Northeast. Close to downtown, northern suburbs, U of M, Augsburg, 35W, and Highway 280. The house is near many stores and restaurants, such as Target, Cub, Hazel's, and Que Viet. No pets are allowed. Required security deposit of one month's rent ($675). Rent price is firm and not up for negotiation.
