Everyone was asking ChatGPT what it thought they would have looked like in the 80s, so I decided to give the trend a real estate twist.

I asked Chat what it thought my dream home would have looked like in the 80's.

Apparently, I would have had a cedar and stone mountain home with huge windows, an expansive deck, a hot tub overlooking the foothills and a kitchen filled with enough oak, brass and tile to make the 80s proud.

A focused search saves time and helps buyers compare homes more clearly.

I help clients separate must-haves from preferences, review listings for potential conflicts, and adjust the search as we learn more.

The goal is not to visit every home.

A property that works as a primary residence may not automatically work as a rental.

HOA documents, local regulations, lender requirements, and insurance policies may affect:

Long-term rentals.

Short-term rentals.

Rental caps.

Waiting periods.

Licensing.

Minimum lease terms.

Do not build a future financial plan around rental income until the applicable rules and requirements have been verified.

Big congratulations to Peter Campora & Carsyn Brazell Campora on closing on their first home! 🔑

This one was extra special for me. Pete, Carsyn, and I all came to Colorado from Louisiana, but we actually met here in Colorado and became friends along the way. Getting to help them put down some official roots here and purchase their first home made this one mean a little more.

The home-buying journey had a few twists and turns, but they stayed patient, trusted the process, and ultimately found a home that is the perfect fit for them. Seeing how excited they are made getting to the closing table that much sweeter.

I can’t wait to see them get settled in, make it their own, and start this next chapter together.
And a big thank you to Ashley Petersen - Mortgage Advisor for all of her help on the lending side and for helping us get across the finish line.
