The apartment will be shared with two other housemates and comes partially furnished (furnishings may look different than photos). The apartment is spacious with a central hallway-it is not a shotgun. There is a large, shared, living room and dining room. The kitchen comes with a fridge, and gas stove/oven. A washer and dryer (free of charge) is provided in the shed in the large, fenced backyard. A private driveway provides off-street parking. Window units, gas heaters and ceiling fans keep things comfortable. All windows have blinds. Utilities will be split evenly and billed monthly. There are currently no pets, but the current housemates would welcome them, and one is considering getting a small dog in the future. Close and convenient to local businesses, universities and interstates.
