We know that everyone of our guests works hard and saves for their perfect vacation. 🌊🐟🐠🐬

People have options. So many different beachside buildings and so many condos with different vibes. We consider all of this and know that when someone makes a choice to stay with us- we choose to never take them for granted!

I had a meeting with my cleaning crew today, to get prepared for the summer season. Before I left the condo I realized that Colleen had left a beautiful note for future guests to read. The last paragraph in particular made my heart smile. ☺️ I am so grateful for her and ALL of the lovely friends I’ve made this past year, through the business. And I’m looking forward to making many more in the next few months.

Happy Sunday from New Smyrna Beach, Florida.

We came to say goodbye to our incredible Michiganders who have stayed with us for the past 3 months. 🥹 The good news is that they’re all set up for their return in 2027! And they are going home with some of the best tans we’ve ever seen.

If you know anyone who is looking for a stressfree break or would like to enjoy a weekend playing in the sunshine, please send them our way. ☀️

New Smyrna Beach on a stormy day is gorgeous. Floridas natural mangroves and preserves are incredible. I wonder how many crabs and turtles are hanging out here? 🦀🐢🍃

Our special guests from Canada are joining us for two weeks. Second time staying at our home away from home. Third time is booked for the spring of 2026. 💘 Grateful to have them and to know how much they love our spot.
