A major milestone has been reached for 57 East!

After years of planning and collaboration, we have officially cleared the final hurdle with the City of Newnan and are excited to move forward with the redevelopment of 57 East Broad Street in Downtown Newnan.

We are preparing to break ground in early July, with infrastructure work beginning immediately thereafter. This project will create new opportunities for businesses, residents, and visitors while helping connect and enhance the downtown district.
