Today we will address building your clientele base. While magazines, open houses, marketing events and email campaigns are vital.. the testimonials of clients that have worked with me over the years is at the top of that list. Knowing first hand that someone has had a great experience with an agent, that the sometimes stressful process of buying or selling a home was smooth. The truth is my clients have no idea the amount of hurdles and bumps in the road that can occur that they know nothing about. Here is a few words from a client and friend that I have helped buy and sell a few homes.
I have known Ronnie Cancellieri for many years (almost 30).. I have always been hesitant to work with friends in business. Yesterday was an incredibly special day. 🌞Milestones, honoring people that work hard, help others, continue to show up for people that have no hope or need someone to listen and remember their name. Transforming the trajectory with God’s help of one’s life is a miracle! 🙏🏼 So grateful, proud and happy we all were to help Jack feel the love he shows all of us. 🌈 People helping people is the greatest gift we have in this life and sometimes there are those that have a special gift that they take seriously and make it a daily practice. My husband Jack is that person. ❤️ we are blessed beyond measure 😊

ANOTHER GREAT LISTING SOLD!! East Side Costa Mesa Heights 🏠
I got a call from a friend of mine (Lori) whom had been living in this home for 15 years… the homeowner’s family had owned it since the 50”s.. and she was wanting to sell. She lived in another state and needed to hire an agent whom she felt comfortable with and could trust. Thank you Lori for introducing me to the homeowner! She interviewed 5 people and I was fortunate to be chosen. It was important to me to make sure the showings were calendered quickly but with the tenants comfort in mind.. it fell out of escrow once due to a buyer NOT having great representation to be honest… but it was meant to be ..because along came The Leeper family! 😊They could not be more , have an incredible and are so excited to be on the side of 17th! ☀️

Rain ☔️or Shine ☀️this week has been incredibly busy in real estate. Entering into this profession in 2008 I watched as the market took a sharp, dramatic decline. Since that time we have ridden out the highs and lows of inventory, interest rates and at times a climate of frenzy from buyers! I can tell you 100% that in the past two weeks the market has heated up again. Talking to buyers, sellers, escrow and loan loan officers.. and everyone is saying the same thing! I waited a heck of a long time to go to see the at 👯… my mom took me two years ago and it was breathtaking! The very end of the ballet .. the principal male dancer fell to the floor. Because I had never seen this performance before I thought initially it was part of the dance. He laid still.. not moving, for what seemed like quite a long time before people in the audience started to stir… the curtain went down. Someone came over the speaker very shook up, asking us to remain seated while they tended to him. Well he, this incredible dancer had landed wrong and had “ruptured his tendon while taking off for a double ensemble to the left” .. his understudy came in to finish but for the past two years I have explained this story to my friends who are always amazed.. fast forward to last night we were gifted the most incredible tickets .. front and center .. row D to be exact. My mom has followed since that performance two years ago and kept me updated on his rehab. We had no idea he would be performing last night and then … THERE HE WAS! After watching that incredible performance, not only by James but the entire cast of performers .. we decided we will try our best to come every year at Christmas. The look on his face when he took his bows was nothing short of inspiring .. a true testament of hard work and overcoming adversity to continue to keep your dreams alive!
