Today I stopped by a rental that I painted a few weeks ago. Someone else was hired to install flooring. As you see they must have made some marks on walls and had to touchup paint areas. Hmmm looks like they didn’t do a good job matching the sheen of the paint.

A few jobs this week
Outlet replaced
Someone tried to break in was able to install a steal plate around door k**b
Didn’t take a lot of pictures this week to busy. Some more projects were
Two bedroom apartment turnover painting and some repairs
Finished a drywall job
Repaired a set of broken steps
Repaired two toilet and installed one toilet
Repaired bathroom light with a new switch
Installed a new light switch flickering light
Started a project for a house up for sale that had a loan inspection 1/ removal of a basement knee wall that had mold 2/ light switch replacement 3/ window repair 4/ All window wood work outside will be getting painted
Built a new screen for a window
Kitchen sink installed a new strainer and drain trap.
This is just a list of some repairs this week. This is why I love doing what I do always something different each day.
