We are an Alabama and Florida licensed Real Estate Brokerage based in Enterprise Alabama that specializes in Land Sales.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent Land. As a Real Estate Agent Land, you will be responsible for facilitating land sales transactions. You will conduct market research, identify potential land buyers and sellers, negotiate deals, and ensure a smooth process from listing to closing.
Qualifications
Active real estate license in Alabama or Florida
Experience in land sales or real estate industry
Strong knowledge of land sales processes, regulations, and market trends
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of closing successful land transactions
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Background in Farming or Hunting
