🏡 SOLD! 🔑✨

Congratulations to my amazing buyers, Ketevan & Nugzar!

What a journey this was! We faced challenge after challenge, navigated tough negotiations, and kept pushing through obstacles right up until the very last minute. There were many conversations, plenty of persistence, and a few battles along the way—but we never gave up!

And in the end, it was all worth it. 🎉

You are now the proud owners of a beautiful single-family home in wonderful, move-in-ready condition. Even better, we successfully negotiated with the seller to complete almost every repair the home needed, making sure you could start this new chapter with confidence and peace of mind.

Thank you for trusting me throughout this process. It was truly an honor to help you achieve your goal of homeownership.

Special thanks to Steve at Stellar Mortgage and Mandy at Sage Premier Settlements for your incredible support, dedication, and teamwork throughout this journey—we couldn’t have done it without you! 🙏🏻✨

We are wishing you countless happy memories, laughter, and special moments in your new home. May it be filled with love, happiness, and endless blessings for years to come! ❤️🏡

Congratulations, Ketevan & Nugzar! You did it! 🎊🔑✨

🏡 North East
