Here's what's actually happening on your walkthroughs: a buyer steps into an empty room and their brain reads it as smaller, not bigger. They can't place their couch. They can't find the wall for the TV. The dimensions are right there on the listing but they scrolled right past them.

Renders don't fix it either. Nobody can picture their own life in someone else's furniture.

So let them walk the actual plan at 1:1 scale, before drywall, before paint, before it ever hits the listing. They can feel the kitchen-to-dining flow, stand in the primary suite, and commit before you've spent on finishes.

The average custom home racks up 5-15 change orders that range from $1,500 to $10,000+ each. Moving a wall after framing. Resizing an island after cabinets ship. All catchable before ground breaks if you walk the plan at full scale first.
