What started as a small staging and property management company has slowly grown into something bigger than I ever imagined.

Over the last 2.5 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with builders, realtors, and homeowners across Kentucky. Helping bring homes to life through staging, design, virtual concepts, and renovation planning. What began as a couple of services turned into a full creative direction for the way homes are experienced, marketed, and lived in.

And somewhere along the way… the brand outgrew the name.

So this is the beginning of a new era:
Welcome to Siegel Design Co..

A brand that better reflects where we are now and where we’re headed next. Interior design. Builder consulting. Virtual design. Luxury staging. Thoughtful spaces designed to be felt and remembered.

This year alone, we’ve expanded into new markets, taken on projects in Kentucky, Tennessee, and North Carolina, and created services like The Material Edit and The Home Edit to serve clients in a more intentional way.

To every client, builder, realtor, friend, and family member who supported this business before it even fully knew what it was becoming…thank you!

I have no idea what God has in store next, but I know this is only the beginning.

Not every home is meant to feel bold and dramatic.

Some call for something quieter… more grounded… more timeless.

That’s the difference between having a “style”
and actually understanding design.

This home leaned traditional with the brick fireplace, warm wood tones, and classic architecture already doing a lot of the work.

So the approach shifted.

Muted tones, tailored silhouettes, and just enough contrast
to keep it elevated without overpowering what was already there.

Every decision here was made for this home.
Not repeated from the last one.
