When rates drop, more buyers may jump back into the market, which can mean more competition for the same homes. And while you can potentially refinance later if rates improve, you can’t go back and buy the house you loved at today’s price. 🔑

The better question isn’t:
“Are rates perfect right now?”

It’s:
“Does buying make sense for ME right now?” 🤍
