We’re chipping away at this full-home restoration and starting to see the pieces come together. Fresh paint, new tilework in the fireplace, hall bath, and laundry room. The tub is in, flooring is down on the main level and stairwell, and carpet is getting installed today.

Our team is focused on turning this home into an oasis that’s built to last.

Sometimes what starts as a simple fireplace update turns into a full-on rebuild.

This Fall City home asked us to refresh the dining room and install a new fireplace surround—but once we opened up the wall, we found extensive dry rot. We reframed the entire alcove, resided the exterior, and gave the interior new life with fresh paint, crisp trim, and today, new tile. A reclaimed mantel is up next.

Wrapped and ready early next week—just in time for summer dinners by the fire.

No crew. No shortcuts. Just early mornings, late nights, and a vision we could feel in our bones.

We’ve built for others. We’ve built for ourselves. And we always build like it’s ours, because one day, it was.

This one took time, patience, and purpose. From outdated to outstanding, we stripped it to the studs and built it back with care. Every detail was chosen to last—and to feel like home.
