What a special sale for me ! I’ve known this seller since he was born and have been his family’s realtor since 1996! His parents were my very 1st transaction ever ! Happy to say we sold this lovely home in 2 days with multiple offers and went smooth as pie . He and his lovely wife also entrusted me to find them their dream home !
