📊 Home prices are still holding steady
⏱️ Homes are still moving at a pretty healthy pace
🏠 Buyers have a little more breathing room than they did during the craziness of the last few years
💰 And with another change in interest rates last week, affordability is once again a big part of the conversation
The biggest takeaway? The market hasn’t stopped — it’s just different.
For sellers, pricing and presentation matter more than they did a few years ago. For buyers, there may be more opportunity to negotiate depending on the home.
