First cleanup of the season, I nicknamed this property “perennial place” with over 20 different genus and more than 200 individual plantings to be winterized, this property takes at least two days to go through and cleanup, very rewarding once complete.

Scope of work:

-Winterization of all perennials ( all variety hydrangea, daylilly, daffodils, irises etc)

-selective pruning and reshaping of all flowering shrubs

-any remaining w**ds pulled, bed edges cleaned

-all leaves vacuumed and all debris removed from the property

BIG THINGS COMING THROUGH!!!

Total outdoor living area completed for a great client of ours. We installed 860sqft of Alpine Ridge pavers in a Granite City finish, complemented with a ridge brick border in Raven. The seat wall is completed in Nicolock 6” Colonial with bluestone caps and Pro-Trade accent lighting throughout. Also included is the fire pit! Nicolock’s Serafina pit also in Granite City with bluestone coping as well. To wrap the project up we installed junipers, azalea, and astilbe for color and dimension in nice hand edged garden beds. Finally reseeded with quality seed and fertilizer to make it seem as though it never happened.

Very excited to continue to expand off this in the upcoming years, wait until you see what we can do!

Quick renovation completed for one of our customer’s rental properties.

-Removal of 10 overgrown or diseased or dying shrubs

- Removed the mix of red decorative stone and red mulch

- Hand cut garden bed natural edges

- installed 2.5 yds or natural pine/ hemlock blend mulch

It’s like Déjà vu! Starting 2025 off at the same property as ‘24 this year we replaced a failing timber retaining wall with a beautiful 6” colonial wall system in their lovely Oyster Bay blend. Once spring comes it’ll look even better with plantings and mulch to accent it. Looking forward to a great anew year this year!

2024 is starting off great! A wonderful customer of ours had grown tired of the rundown w**d infested drive that was there for 10 years, we got our hands on it and not only removed the stone but:

1: removed all original stone, graded the base and compacted

2: installed 5” metal edge restraints to keep that stone in the driveway

3: installed 7yds of desert gold 3/4” stone to complete and locked everything in with a resin stabilizer to hold that stone down no matter what.
