📢 Laundry Room Reminder

The Board of Directors has adopted a new policy regarding the use of the Association's laundry facilities.

Effective immediately, the laundry room is intended only for the personal use of current Dixie Gardens residents. Laundry belonging to individuals who do not reside at Dixie Gardens may not be washed or dried using the Association's facilities.

This policy was adopted to help protect one of our shared amenities and to help control the Association's operating costs, including water, sewer, electricity, maintenance, and repairs.

⚠️ Electrical Maintenance Notice

On Thursday, July 30, beginning around 8:00 AM, the Association's electrician will perform scheduled electrical maintenance in the main electrical room.

As a result, there will be a temporary power interruption lasting approximately 2 to 3 hours while the work is completed.

**Building Inspection Reminder**

Please remember that **ALL units must be accessible** for the following inspections related to our elevator recall and fire alarm modernization project:

📅 **Monday, June 29** – Electrical Inspection (approx. 8:00 AM)

📅 **Friday, July 3** – Follow-Up Fire Alarm Inspection (approx. 8:00 AM)

Please note that the fire alarm system will be activated during both inspections, and residents should expect loud alarm sounds.

If you will not be home, please make arrangements in advance with the Board or an authorized representative to provide access to your unit.

🚨 Elevator Back in Service 🚨

We're happy to announce that the elevator modernization project has successfully passed inspection and the elevator is now back in service!

Residents may resume normal use of the elevator.

A follow-up fire alarm inspection is scheduled in the coming days for a few remaining items that do not affect elevator operation.
