📢 Elevator Update

Good news — the elevator cab renovation has officially passed inspection and the project is now entering the inspections and testing phase.

SFES is preparing for the next inspection stage, while the Fire Recall work is expected to take another 1–2 weeks before inspections are requested.

The elevator is now mechanically ready. Final timing will depend on inspections and approvals from the City and Fire Department.

Elevator Update 🚧

Good news — the elevator is now mechanically complete and running!

Next up is the cabin flooring, followed by final steps tied to a City-required fire alarm upgrade. Plans have been submitted and we’re waiting on approval to move forward with the last phase, testing, and inspection.
