Congrats to my client Kaitlyn! She closed on her beautiful new home in North Port Estates today.

She first came to see us in 2024 and wasnt quite ready then. When she came back to see us last month, she was very happy that we still had a Marco floorplan available in the exact location she wanted to be in.

Her timing couldn't have been better, buying during a buyers market and getting a mortgage that was almost the same as she was paying for rent!
