Look, what you do with this information is your business. 😆

But if you've been thinking about making Florida your permanent home, December 31, 2026 is a date worth remembering.

If Florida voters approve the proposed Homestead Exemption changes this November, establishing Florida residency before January 1, 2027 could allow eligible new residents to receive the full enhanced exemption immediately. Waiting until after that could mean waiting years for the full benefit.

The people who benefit the most are usually the ones who paid attention before everyone else did. 🌴
