HVAC installation for a home addition. Addition was done by Reliable Renovations.

Made a custom frame for an existing 43"×86" door, and reversed the swing. Built wall at the top of the stairwell, added lighting. Door will be refinished by a historical restoration specialist.

Got a call from a guy who wanted to keep the original door and side lights on his home. The panels were loose and cracked, and had a fair amount of water damage. Everything that couldn't be salvaged was handmade to match. Cracks were repaired with hardwood inlays. Other repairs were made with plastiwood and epoxy.

Ready for the drywall finisher, and tile guy. This one was an honor to be involved in. The house was purchased as a kit home at the end of the Civil War. A building crew moved onto the property in 1865. All the materials came from the property. From hand sawn boards, to the clay bricks. Construction was finished in 1870. It's a beautiful well kept home!
