The Greeley-Evans market had 116 home sales in March, up 37 over February. However, first quarter sales were down 14.9 percent in Greeley-Evans with 274 homes sold compared to 322 last year.

The Loveland-Berthoud residential market had 126 home sales in March, up by 46 over the 80 sold in February. A total of 263 homes were sold through the quarter, up by 32 over first quarter 2009.

The Fort Collins market saw the most sales activity, with 190 detached single-family homes sold in March, or 48 more than sold in February, according to data collected by Information and Real Estate Services in Loveland. Through the first quarter of 2010, a total of 433 homes were sold compared to 368 during the same period in 2009.
