another successful closing!

this story…

my client was looking for a peaceful place for him and his wife to relax as they were “right sizing” their space.

we came across a well maintained beauty. gave them offer they could not resist and we were right!

the sellers were extremely happy at settlement table today to see who they sold their house to. a very known and kind person in the community.
