GreenStreet is in the process of transitioning fully into a Development Firm and away from General Contracting. This is a natural growth step for us but a very challenging one indeed. We have assembled every main component including a pipeline of Off-Market Commercial deals and a great Development Analyst. So now our task is to create close relationships with a few quality Finance Groups. We are meeting with one Group tomorrow for lunch and speaking to another Group in the evening. And we have an LOI for Equity Investment with a third Group on a Project in the West Village.

Portland is now powering over 150 homes using turbines that harness the power of water passing through city pipes underground. With absolutely zero affect on the surrounding environment the turbines are looking at a bright future powering American cities.

A Portland water pipeline is now producing enough electricity to power more than a hundred homes.
