COMING SOON!
OAK ISLAND EXCLUSIVE SERVICE
BEACHY RENT Property Management for Airbnb and VRBo clients.
When I rented my house at the beach several years ago through VRBO, I made good money but there was no one there to take care of the property when there was an issue. Cleaners only cleaned and lawn service cut but who was watching my property to ensure service and security. What about repairs and oops situations? Trash to the road and back? What about town laws or ordinances being followed?
I was born and raised in residential building that lasted 50 years. I have built and rehabbed homes, sold homes and rented property in my 20 years of Real Estate. I see a need that we can fill. We are setting up new clients now and have partnered with Beachy Clean Cleaning Service (by far the best), to provide our Booking service clients with the piece of the puzzle that makes owning a vacation home profitable , controlled AND a desirable experience for tenants. You get peace of mind.
You book it, we handle the rest. If you are an Airbnb or VRBO client on Oak Island NC and want to discuss our fees and services, please contact me at 910-584-3383 by text or call.
