What are you thankful for!

Today is a time to reflect on all of the good things that we have in our lives. Even at our lowest there is always so much to be thankful for.

I am thankful for God and the life he has given me. My friends and family who have stuck by my side and put up with me. The repeat and new customers/clients who supported both my Real Estate and Construction businesses. Without your support, and referrals I wouldn't be able to do what I love every day.

I haven't posted anything in some time as I have been buried in jobs. I consistently had a 6 month lead time. In October of 2022, I decided not to take on anymore big projects and I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I am now turning my focus to my real estate career. I will still do small handyman jobs I can do in a couple hours or even a day but will no longer be taking on big deck, major remodeling or bathroom projects.

All that's left now is the backsplash, baseboards and trim around the door. Absolutely love how this kitchen turned out. The homemade foe beams I made were a great touch.

4 day kitchen remodel by myself. Involved removal of old cabinets and countertops, running new plumbing and electrical for the addition of the dishwasher and installing the new cabinets. Customer is going to do her own backsplash. What a difference new cabinets and counters can make.
