A Fantastic review from one off my awesomeome clients!!! Thank you Bob and Linda it was greattly appreciated and a pleasure helping you!
Just want to give a shout out to Alex Mcintosh with Coldwell Banker . Contacted him for my girlfriend Linda who was handling her Aunt Joans estate.
He reached out to me quickly eager to handle her condo sale. He came prepared at our first meeting with info to look at the condo and comps for the area He had a good plan to get in on the market and at a good price for a quick sale.
He kept Linda and I apprised of details every step of the way. We closed today at a good/fair price and things went smoothly .
I highly recommend if you need to sell , or looking to buy, give Alex a call , he and his agency will step up to make this sometimes stressful event actually pleasant and smooth. He is dedicated and honest and you will be in good hands.
Thanks again Alex for all that you did .
