The Orchestrator leader designs the environment in which human and machine capabilities interact, rather than personally controlling every ex*****on layer.

Here's what we see repeatedly: business owners invest in AI platforms, hire consultants, roll out training-and nothing changes. Teams revert to old workflows. ROI flatlines. Leadership blames "resistance to change."
