🎢When we say that Real Estate is a rollercoaster... we mean it! But, what a joyful turn of events for the sale of this gorgeous downtown Ocala home!

💯After getting an offer on a new home accepted, we had a very tight timeline to get this property prepped, photographed, listed and toured. Five showings on Day 1 felt like a great start, but with the end of school and the start of summer occurring, the real estate market slowed. After a few weeks of hustle, back-to-back Open Houses, revisiting every buyer that stepped in to the home, and linking a special buyer up with one of our preferred lenders, we received a great offer and kept the train on the tracks! 🚂

It’s been an exciting week as we’ve watched MANY dominos fall into place for multiple families to make BIG moves! Collaboration with other professionals is what it’s all about!
