$100 security deposit +1/2 due at booking, remaining due 45 days before or we can set up payment plan. To be paid by cash or check.

-Checkin at 3, checkout at 12, unless we arrange something different!
-Parking passes in Ocean Lakes are now $15/night
-Responsible for cleaning and bringing own linens.
-There is a linen rental service we can use if you’re interested.
-No one under 21 allowed to drive golf cart.
