My name is Jessica Cannelora, I am a long-time resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and have held my real estate license since March of 2016. I have worked in several sectors of real estate during my career so far and look forward to exploring even more as I strive for continuous growth and excellence. nline, quickly deepened as I learned more at my admin job at a local property management company. What was intended to be a temp job turned into a six year journey during which I learned all about the world of rental homes and developed a deep fulfillment from managing my clients’ properties and helping our tenants find the perfect rental home. In February 2022, I made a leap of faith and began working as an administrator at EXIT Realty Heart Properties. Thanks to EXIT’s constant training opportunities on a corporate level in addition to the in-office training offered constantly at EXIT Realty Heart Properties, my interest was cultivated and my priorities shifted towards helping the agents in our office become local experts. I consider a thirst for knowledge and a drive to always find the most correct and thorough information to be one of my strongest qualities, and in real estate there is always an opportunity to learn something new. I could see this immediately, and wanted all of the other agents to have the opportunity to see that as well, and to value that opportunity. Over the course of over a year, I learned as much as I could and, with my broker’s supervision, helped the agents in our office learn as much as they could. I poured over the contracts in order to empower the agents to be confident walking their client through what each section means, to encourage a culture of knowledgeable and truly helpful agents who value competency in all of their interactions. I have learned so much about the home buying, building, and selling processes and have developed a need to keep learning more and more. I have helped my office serve their clients exceptionally, and I extend those values to how I serve my clients as well. Outside of work I love hanging out with my cat Ella, painting, and working on projects to stay busy. Sometimes that means event planning (a personal passion of mine) or deep-diving into research for a trip or for something a friend mentioned needing more information about. My most used phrase is probably “let me Google it” because I am constantly seeking new information and aspiring to have the most accurate and current understanding of a topic before I move forward with presenting myself as being knowledgeable about a topic. The things I value most are honesty, integrity, and clear communication.
