Yesterday, we had the opportunity to film with Chet Landry and WLOX for the new Keys to the Coast Home Show — and apparently Jeff decided his responsibilities extended beyond home inspections.

Because see that pillow?

It wasn't there originally. 😂

Someone carefully staged the set.

Everything was exactly where it belonged. Then Jeff sat down, decided the pillow wasn't working for him, and relocated it.

Because after years of inspecting houses, the man simply cannot leave anything alone if he thinks it belongs somewhere else. 🔎🏠

Pillow placement aside, we had a fantastic time talking about something Jeff knows considerably more about — home inspections, protecting buyers, and what people should know before making one of the biggest investments of their lives.

The expensive part can come after closing.
