Another one closed!!! Are you looking to buy or sell?

Finally closed on a beautiful home in Escondido for my young and getting ready to start a family client that have been so anxious for the last year. We have been searching for almost a year and have been in and out of the market due to the lack of inventory. Offered over 10 homes and lost out on most because of cash buyers. Finally, under contract and closed under 30 days on an amazing home that he loves in a great neighborhood! Even better, we got it for $10K under appraised value!!!
