✨ JUST LEASED!!✨
Obedience is better than sacrifice! I was at a vending event in Winter Haven, FL. I saw a young lady at the tent next to me who was purchasing a drink. While waiting for her drink, “something “ told me to offer her one of my business cards.
So, I introduced myself to her and gave her one of my business cards and told her that if she was ever in need of anything real estate, to contact me.
She mentioned that she was is in the process of moving her learning academy to a bigger location and that she had three locations that she is interested in getting more information on.
To make a long story short, I was able to secure a 5 year lease at a better location for her business that checked all her boxes. I negotiated $12,000 off the total lease giving my client time to transition with a bit more ease!🔑🔑
A huge congratulations to my client and a new chapter of her school! Can’t wait for the grand opening!
