I currently have a commercial unit for rent on The Esplanade in Portsmouth Ohio for $650 a month plus $650 deposit. Leases are month to month with no exceptions. These photos were taken when the unit was occupied and no decorations are included. The unit is all electric with an electric water heater and furnace. Water and trash are included.
