As 2023 winds down, Chris and I are taking a moment to appreciate a year truly well-lived. From moving into a new home in January to then finding our dream property this summer, it’s been a journey of love, patience (thanks to Chris for enduring my MLS stalking!), and a bit of real estate magic. 🏠💫

We’ve settled into our beautiful 1.7-acre haven, and our dogs are loving their ‘country’ life. It’s been a whirlwind of changes and renovations, and we couldn’t be happier.

Professionally, this year has been equally fulfilling. My role as Assistant Team Leader at Keller Williams Elite continues to bring me immense joy. I’ve cherished coaching and consulting with Realtors and contributing to our office’s growth. Hosting a ladies brunch and leading a business planning workshop were particular highlights, moments where I truly felt in my element. Thinking of making a move in real estate next year? I’m here to guide you through every step.
 
Chris’s creativity has shone brightly this year, too. His business, The House Creates, has flourished, doubling in size. He’s brimming with exciting projects for 2024, including the eagerly anticipated launch of Bites&Stripes.

2023 taught us to embrace life’s ‘in-betweens’ and cherish every moment. Now, we’re looking ahead to 2024 with open arms and hearts full of anticipation for new adventures, both in our home and careers.

The first time I walked into our dining room, it just felt right—a cozy spot for family meals, good times with friends, and deep chats about life. I could totally see holiday feasts and laughter happening here. Today I asked ChatGPT for some data advice and when it spat out the exact formula I needed I almost shed a happy tear 🥲🤣

The thing is I’m low-key obsessed with spreadsheets. If there’s something that needs sorting or analyzing, I’m your girlie!

One of my not-so-secret joys is using this nerdy superpower to help Realtors clean up their chaotic databases (theres a formula for that 🤣)

And once the data is cleaned up the fun begins! I know I’m obvi biased, but KW has an amazingggg CRM called Command and this tool makes all things database a freakin dream. Just this week I thought of an amaze way to use it to send fun birthday surprises to your contacts 😍😍😍

Shoutout to these incredible ladies! 🙌🏡 .doggett worked her magic with a buyer for the house we sold, and charmed us with her historical fairytale listing and we bought our dream home. Not all real estate stories come with unicorns and rainbows, but this one sure did! 🦄🌈
