A year ago, my definition of “rich” looked a lot different.

Today, it’s hearing my boys laugh until their stomachs hurt. It’s showing houses and helping families find a place to call home. It’s choosing my health, building a career I’m proud of, and creating a life filled with purpose.

There are some closings that just stick with you, and this is one of them. ❤️🏡

This sweet family has been such a joy to work with from the very beginning. They handled every bump in the road with so much grace and trust. After several offers that fell through, I know it would have been easy to feel discouraged, but they never gave up. We kept believing the right home was out there, and it was worth the wait.

Today, they officially became first-time homeowners! Even better, we were able to get their offer accepted and negotiate for their closing costs to be covered.

Moments like this are why I love what I do. It’s never just about buying a house, it’s about helping families find the place where life will happen. The home where little feet will run down the hall, holidays will be celebrated, bedtime stories will be read, and memories will be made for years to come.
