July 1, 2018 was the start of a new adventure, a new business, a new mission to change the climate of property management. We couldn’t have sharper people on our team and never dreamed we would have the success stories we created. Here’s a glance at a few:
- Managing 150,000+ square feet in 3 states
- Added a new district to our portfolio (completion in 2020)
- Average of 21.5% reduction in costs at our properties in only 6 months
- Implemented one of the most prestigious software systems in the world (same software as the tallest tower in Dubai!)
- Converted processes that previously took 30-days into a now, 2-day process.
- Expanded our team (doubled 😉)
- Traveled to DC for continuing education
