Michelle is a delight to work with. She has an expansive knowledge of the industry, and she continues
to expand her skills attending seminars and classes in the self-storage industry. She also attends classes
in management and communication skills.
She is passionate about the industry and is also compassionate with the people with whom she works.
She applies her suite of skills to manage delinquencies on a tight schedule while being kind and helpful
