I hear people say all the time, âIâm just going to keep renting because buying is too expensive.â Trust me, I FEEL you. (I was also people)
And sometimes renting DOES make more sense. But have you ever really looked into the numbers?
You would be surprised at how close your monthly rent payment is to a mortgage payment, especially when you start looking at different loan programs, seller concessions, or builder incentives. Which thereâs a ton of. I had a buyer qualify to pay no money down. Itâs possible.
These are just examples. Your numbers are going to depend on your budget, credit, loan type, location, interest rate and a bunch of other factors.
But if youâre already paying $1,500+ a month in rent, I think itâs at least worth finding out what your options are!
Worst case? You find out youâre better off renting right now. Thatâs just fine!
Best case? You realize buying a home might be a lot closer than you really thought! (And youâre putting money back in your pocket)
If youâve been curious about buying but automatically assumed it was out of reach, letâs actually run the numbers before you count yourself out. No pressure, no commitment, just a conversation about what your options could look like.
Send me a message and letâs see whatâs possible for you!
