There are just a few BBQ places in KC (yes, that was sarcasm 😉). Some consider Slap’s BBQ one of the best! So we decided to try it out on a cold windy Saturday in February.
+ the ribs were amazing and the sides too!
- you really do stand in line outside until there is room for you inside 🥶. Thanks to my hubby for toughing it out with me 💋.
= the burnt ends were just ok.
Overall, yum, but pick a nicer day than we did!
