It’s springtime at the Cola house

Joy and I just closed on this little cutie in downtown Olympia. This will be for our in-laws when they're in town and a short-term/mid-term rental when they aren't! We are pretty excited about this one!

My folks house is officially someone else's house. We closed a few weeks back and we got them a couple week rent back while they waited for their tenants in their rental house to move out. We were very fortunate to work with great buyers and had a smooth transaction that felt like a win-win for everyone involved.

Now for finding them the house of their dreams!

It’s pretty surreal getting to help list my folks house for sale. They’ve been there since I was in 6th grade so we’ve made a lot of memories here. I also got married in the backyard. But it is time for someone else to enjoy it! If you know anyone looking for a home, send them my way!
