We're Closed!!

A few years ago, we had the privilege of helping these wonderful clients purchase this home, and now we've helped them pass it along to its next owners as they begin an exciting new chapter overseas in Germany. 🇩🇪

One of the greatest joys in real estate is building relationships that last beyond the transaction, and we're grateful for the trust they've placed in us over the years. While we're sad to see them leave Nebraska, we're already looking forward to helping them find their next home when they return!

As part of Giving Realty's mission, a portion of every closing is donated to a nonprofit chosen by our clients. This time, they selected Renewed Hope Church.

Wishing them safe travels, incredible adventures, and all the best in this next season. We'll be ready when it's time to come home!! 🏡✨

We are so excited to officially welcome Tymesia Heath to Anthology Real Estate Group! 🏡❤️

Ty brings with her more than 20 years of experience as an educator, mentor, and leader, serving everywhere from kindergarten and first grade classrooms to supporting future teachers as a university supervisor. Throughout every role, one thing has remained consistent: her deep care for people.

Staging gives a room CONTEXT. 🛋️

When a room is completely empty, buyers lose their sense of scale. Their brain has to work harder to figure out how furniture would fit, how the room would function, and whether the space actually feels livable.

A sofa shows the wall length.
A rug defines the living area.
A coffee table creates flow.
The right layout helps buyers understand not just the square footage, but the lifestyle.

That’s why a staged room can often feel bigger, warmer, and more useful than the exact same room sitting empty.

According to the National Association of Realtors, 83% of buyers’ agents said staging made it easier for buyers to visualize a property as their future home.

And that’s the goal.

Not to “decorate” for decoration’s sake.
To help buyers emotionally understand the space faster.

Because when buyers can picture themselves living there, the home becomes more than a listing.

It becomes a possibility.

When we started in real estate, we knew we wanted to build something rooted in relationships, community, and a more meaningful purpose. Giving Realty was such a natural fit for us as a brokerage home.

Real estate can so easily become all about transactions and numbers, but what we’ve loved most about being part of Giving Realty is the reminder that business can also be generous and stay connected to the community. Serving people well and giving back to local nonprofits can both be part of the process.

Hi! We’re Meisha and Leslie, Realtors with Giving Realty and team leads at Anthology Real Estate Group!

Over the past year, a lot has changed around here. New team. New name. New growth. New faces. So we thought it was probably time to properly re-introduce ourselves. 😊

After many years in education, we both made the leap into real estate looking for a better way to do business and a way to serve people well while still making a meaningful impact in our community.

That search led us to Giving Realty nearly 6 years ago, and their generosity-driven model instantly felt like home. Through Giving Realty, 10% of every commission is donated to a local nonprofit chosen by the client. We loved this mission and wanted to help it grow here in the Omaha metro.

Over the past year, we officially launched Anthology Real Estate Group. The name was very intentional and fit our values perfectly. We’ve always loved the word 'anthology' as a collection of stories, experiences, and meaningful work.

Because real estate is never just about houses. 🏠

There are SO MANY stories that intersect in real estate. There's the story of why someone is moving. The history of a home. The character of a neighborhood. The people on both sides of a transaction. The life being built next.

We love getting to know people and being trusted with such an important chapter in their story, and we don’t take that lightly.

Our goal has always been to bring as much value as possible through strong communication, thoughtful strategy, staging and design, continued education, market knowledge, and systems that help make the process smoother and less stressful for our clients.

And now with the addition of Ty to our team, we’re even more excited for what’s ahead. 🤍
